How do I identify the correct liner for an Isuzu 4HK1?

Diagnosis: The 4HK1 engine uses a very thin “dry” liner that is press-fit into the block. Solution: You must measure the outside diameter (OD) and flange height accurately. Isuzu often uses three different grades of liner sizes (Size 1, 2, 3) to match slight variations in the block’s parent bore.
