When building this 5.9L bare block, critical parameters include verifying the deck flatness (warpage limit is 0.075mm). The main bearing cap bolts require a specific torque sequence: 60 Nm, then 90 Nm, plus 90 degrees. Ensure the bore diameter measures strictly between 102.00mm and 102.04mm.
