No, they are not interchangeable. The 1005A560 is designed for the 4D56U engine, which features 16 valves, a SOHC configuration, and Direct Injection (DI-D). The older 4D56 uses 8 valves and Indirect Injection (IDI). The piston crowns, injector locations, and intake/exhaust porting are completely different.
