What is the difference between the TD08H-20L (49188-01651) and the TD07-9 used on 6D16T engines?

They are completely different turbochargers. The TD08H-20L (MHI part **49188-01651**) is a significantly larger-frame turbo designed for sustained high-RPM operation in industrial equipment like the Fuso FV415. It features a much larger 78.0mm compressor exducer and 68.0mm turbine inducer compared to the smaller TD07-9. They are not interchangeable as the manifold flanges, oil line positions, and boost characteristics are vastly different.
