Follow the official sequence: First pass at 59 Nm (43 ft·lb), then 98 Nm (72 ft·lb), and finally 147-177 Nm (108-130 ft·lb). Always use new head bolts and follow the diagonal sequence from center outward.
The FE6 is the naturally aspirated version with 12 valves, while the FE6T features turbocharging and intercooling with up to 24 valves in some variants. Both share the same cylinder head bolt pattern and basic dimensions, making our replacement compatible with both configurations.
