Warranty Policy
This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Ruich Value (Shenyang) Tech. Co., Ltd. (“Ruich Value”) provides a warranty for its engine components. This warranty covers the parts necessary to repair a warrantable failure, restoring the component to its functional condition prior to the failure, as detailed below. This warranty is provided only to the direct customers of Ruich Value and is non-transferable.
Coverage:
New Internal Engine Parts for Agricultural and Industrial Applications: Ruich Value warrants that its new internal engine parts (including, but not limited to, crankshafts, camshafts, cylinder heads, cylinder blocks, and cylinder liners) designed for agricultural and industrial applications will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service and operating conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of invoice. This warranty has no limitation on mileage or operating hours. Please note that this warranty excludes complete engine assemblies, short block assemblies, and long block assemblies. For warranty information on these excluded items, please contact our technical support team.
New Engine Accessories (Turbochargers and Fuel Injectors/Nozzles): Ruich Value warrants that its new engine accessories, specifically turbochargers and fuel injectors/nozzles, will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service and operating conditions for a period of six (6) months from the date of invoice. This warranty covers parts replacement only.
Parts Covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty: For some specialized parts that Ruich Value may distribute, the warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer rather than Ruich Value. These parts will be clearly marked on the customer’s invoice and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Exclusions:
This Ruich Value warranty does not cover failures resulting from owner or operator abuse, misuse, or neglect. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Operation without adequate coolant, fuel, or lubricants.
- Over-fueling or over-speeding the engine.
- Lack of proper maintenance of lubricating, cooling, or air intake systems.
- Improper storage, starting, warm-up, run-in, or shut-down procedures.
- Incorrect installation or application of the parts.
Furthermore, this warranty does not cover troubleshooting or diagnostic time, towing, transportation costs, downtime, rental fees, or incidental expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, delivery charges, travel expenses, meals, lodging, business losses, docking, or harbor charges. Ruich Value will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from any defect in its parts, including but not limited to labor costs or other incidental losses.
Responsibilities:
The installer is responsible for verifying the parts are correct for the intended application and installing them according to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) procedures, specifications, and accepted industry standards. The owner/operator is responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment as specified in the OEM operation and maintenance manuals.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
To make a valid warranty claim, the following procedures must be followed:
- Notification: Ruich Value must be notified of the potential warranty issue prior to the end of the applicable warranty period.
- Authorization: All warranty repairs must be authorized by Ruich Value’s technical staff before any work is performed.
- Return of Parts: All parts claimed under warranty must be returned to the designated physical location within thirty (30) days from the date a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued. Failure to return parts within this timeframe may void the warranty claim.
- Warranty Claim Form: A Warranty Claim Form must be requested and completed for the return of parts under warranty consideration.
- Documentation: The claimant is responsible for providing the failed parts, a completed Warranty Claim Form, and copies of any related work orders or invoices for examination by Ruich Value technical personnel.
- Shipping: Parts must be shipped freight prepaid with all associated paperwork and arrive in a condition that allows for thorough examination. Parts received without a completed Warranty Claim Form will be returned to the customer freight collect.
